Terms of Service

Last updated November 6, 2026

The short version

Spark Hub is for planning things with your people. Be kind, keep it safe, and tell us when something’s wrong.

Community rules

Using Spark Hub means agreeing to these.

1. 13 or older

You need to be at least 13 to use Spark Hub.

2. Be kind

No harassment, bullying, hate or threats, toward anyone.

3. Keep it safe

No nudity, sexual content, violence, or anything that puts people at risk. No spam, scams or selling.

4. Owners and admins keep it tidy

A group’s owners and admins can remove posts and members of their group.

5. Tell us

Report anything that’s wrong: tap ⋯ on a comment, event or idea, Report on a photo, or Report under someone’s profile. You can also block someone so you don’t see what they post. We look at reports within 72 hours.

Using Spark Hub

What you post is yours. You let us show it to the people it’s meant for (your groups, and anyone you share an event’s link with) so the app can work. You’re responsible for what you post, and you need the right to share any photo you add.

If you sign in with your phone, we text you a code each time you ask for one. Msg & data rates may apply. A sign-in number gets no other texts unless you opt in on an event, and you can switch to email or Google in Settings.

We don’t allow objectionable content or abusive behavior. We and group admins may remove content or people at our discretion, including when something isn’t covered by these rules but harms the community.

Events happen in the real world. Spark Hub helps people plan; it doesn’t run the events. Take the usual care when meeting people, and the people who host an event are responsible for it.

You can leave anytime. Delete your account in the app (Me → Settings → Delete my account) or on the delete account page. See the privacy policy for what we keep and why.

Spark Hub is offered as it is. It’s new and still changing, so it may have gaps or downtime, and features may change or end.

SMS Terms

Program: Spark Hub event texts, sent by We’re All Neighbors, Inc. If you opt in on an event, you’ll get updates and reminders about that event, up to 5 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Questions: admin@wereallneighbors.org. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
